Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Frisco TX
We will not know the full effects of the COVID-19 virus until the April numbers come in.
March sales of homes in the Frisco area were up 23%. The average sales price rose 4% for April.while the median sales price was a 5% increase. The number of new listings fell 19%. active listings dropped 33%. The months of inventory is now at 2.1 months.
Now for a look into the future. Pending sales came in 23% lower than March of 2019. Not looking good for April.
