Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Prosper TX
I don’t think I have ever seen an increase of 86% but that’s what happened in Prosper in February. Pending sales were not far behind with a 69% rise as compared to last February. The average sales price increased 2% while the median sales price climbed 7%. The distribution of the sales were skewed to the upper price ranges. The number of active listings came in 16% higher however, with all the sales the active listings declined by 17%. The months of Inventory is now at 3.5 months. That’s just a little over half way to a balanced market of 6 months.
