Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Richardson TX
Home sale in the Richardson area were up a strong 15% in February as compared to February 2019. The real story was the pending sales number. They climber 49%. March sales are shaping up to be a banner month! The average sales price did fall 6% while the median sales price declined 2%. New listings saw a 18% increase but with all the sales and pending sales, the active listings were flat. Months of inventory dropped to 1.7 months. That’s going to make it harder for buyers to find that dream home.
