Dallas area Residential Sales Report for January – Garland TX
Home sales were good in Garland as compared to last January up 12%. The pending sales number also came in up 12%. Average sales price increased 7% as did the median sales price. Sort of a coincidence. New listings declined 5%. Active listings fell 8% taking the months of inventory down to 1.6 months. Supply is short and buyers will have a hard time finding a home to purchase.
