Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Far North Dallas
When you are looking at the Far north Dallas numbers you need to remember that sales were off in January 2019 due to high interest rates.
Sales climbed 29% in January. Pending sales rose 33%. The average sales price came in up 20% while the median sales price increased 18%. Listings activity was not positive. New listings declined 15% and active listings fell 16%. this dropped the months of inventory down to 2.2 months. not good if you are a buyer.
