Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Far North Dallas
Well Far North Dallas went against the trend with home sales off 9% compared to last October. However, it looks like some sales just got delayed for some reason because pending sales shot up 28%. November is looking good! The average sales price declined 10% and the median sales price fell 1%. The number of new listings rose 2% but the active listings dropped 9% taking the months of inventory down to 3.4 months. That’s just a little over half way to the 6 months considered a balanced market.
