Homes sales were up 4% in Frisco during May. However, pending sales fell 5%. The average sales price increased 4%. Median sales price was up 3%. there was a sharp drop of 13% in the number of new listings. not good if you are a buyer. Active listings declined 2%. The months of Inventory is at 3.9 months.
