Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – McKinney TX

Homes sales were off by 8% in February and pending sales declined 9%. The average sales price fell 20% as did the median sales price. New listings dropped 3% and the active listings increased 28%. The months of inventory now stands at 2.9 months. We are still well short of the 6 months considered a balanced market.
