Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Plano TX

February was not kind to Plano home sales. Sales fell 10%. Pending sales took a 21% hit. The average sales price declined 2% while the median sales price rose 1%. The number of new ;listings dropped 9% as compared to last February. Active listings increased 31%. The months of inventory came in at 2.1 months. With 6 months considered a balanced market you can see buyers are still having a hard time finding a home for their lifestyle.
