Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Garland TX
It was a mixed bag for sales in the Garland area in July. Sales came in down 11% but pending sales were up 10% as compared to last July. The average sales price fell 1% but the median sales price rose 2%. New listings climbed 9% while the number of active listings jumped 21%. Yes there is more inventory on the market, but the months of inventory only stands at 1.6 months. If you are a buyer in the Garland market, you do not have many homes to choose from!
