Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Garland TX

Sales were up 7% in March as compared to a year ago. The average sales price increased 6% as did the median sales price. Pending sales climbed 3%. The number of new listings fell 1%. The active listings were also down 1%. Months of inventory dropped to 0.9 months. This is not good news if you are a buyer or a buyer agent. The best homes are snapped up quickly. You better have a top notch agent that can get you in a new listings the day it hits the market.

Median Sales Price: $195,400

Pending Sales: 218

New Listings: 222

Active Listings: 158

Months of Inventory: 158
