Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – Frisco TX

There was a slight decline of 1% in sales for November as compared to last November. The average sales price was up 3% while the median sales price fell 1%. Price increases have been moderating. Pending sales came in up 6%. There was a 1% rise in the number of new listings. Active listings shot up 24%. This just shows you how low the supply was last November. While buyers may have a few more homes to choose from, the months of inventory is very low at 2.5 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market. Frisco’s well in the sellers side of the equation.

Average Sales Price: $424,922

Median Sales Price: $357,000

Pending Sales: 275

New Listings: 298

Active Listings: 824

Months of Inventory: 2.5
