Wylie TX Residential Sales Report for August
Sales continued to show strength!
In August sales of single-family homes were up 18% in Wylie. The average sales price rose 4% while the median sales price was flat.As in other areas, we see that pending sales declined. In Wylie’s case they were down by 9 so we will probably see a negative sales number in September. New listings fell 11% but the number of active listings jumped 50%. This took the months of inventory to 2.3 months. With 6 months considered a balanced market we are very much still in a seller’s market.
