Garland TX Home Sales Report for August
Sales were off slightly
August saw sales drop 4% in Garland compared to last August. The average sales price jumped 12% while the median sales price was up by 6%. Pending sales were down 7%. this is not a bad as some other areas. The number of new listings rose 12% and the active listings climber 43%. Even with this large percentage increase, the months of inventory only increased to 1.3 months. Really not very helpful if you are a buyer. We a very much still in a seller’s market.
