Richardson TX Residential Sales Report for July
Richardson remains a hot market!
Sales increased 7% in Richardson during July as compared to last July. The average sales price rose 6% and the median sales price also increased 6%. Pending sales dropped 9%. don’t know what that will turn out to mean for August. New Listings declined 9% but the active listings increased 17%. The months of inventory increased to 1.3 months. Demand in Richardson is very heavy and there could be a lot more sales if there were just the inventory to meet buyer demand.
