Far North Dallas Residential Sales Report for July

Far North Dallas sales were up 6% as compared to last July. The average sales price fell 5% while the median sales price rose 3%. Just some monthly gyrations in the makeup of the sales. Pending sales jumped up 12% so it looks like August sales will be up. The number of new listings fell 6% but the active listings increased 3%. The months of inventory fell to 2.6 months. We are still very tilted in the sellers side.

Average Sales Price: $446,934

Median Sales Price: $405,250

Pending Sales: 118

New Listings: 144

Active Listings: 242

Months of Inventory: 2.6
