Garland TX Residential Sales Report for June
Well what can you say about Garland’s Sales in June except WOW!
Buyers were out in full force in Garland snapping up homes and creating a 23% increase in sales as compared to the same time last year. The average sales price increased by 5% while the median sales price rose 7%. Pending sales saw an increase of 5%. A lot of new inventory came on the market causing a 20% rise in the number of new listings. The active listings were up by 43%. Good news if you are a buyer but the bad news is this increase in homes for sale only took the months of inventory to 1.3 months. With 6 months being considered a balanced market, it is easy to see how far the Garland market is tilted to the sellers side.
