North Dallas Residential Sales Report for May
May was a good month
Sales of large homes went well in May. The large homes in north Dallas experienced a 38% increase in sales during May. The average sales price increased 2% while the median sales price jumped 14%.
Pending Sales were up 10% so we can anticipate sales will be up in June. New listings rose 29% and the active listings climbed 8%. If you are looking to purchase a large home in north Dallas, now is a good time with the months of inventory at 6.5 months, slightly tilted to the buyer side.
