Carrollton/Farmers Branch Residential Sales Report for February

No slow down in sales here!

Sales were up 21% in February as compared to the same time last year. The average sales price increased 14% while the median sales price rose 15%. Pending sales did not reflect any possible drop for next months with the penning sales number coming in at a plus 17%. There was a slight increase of 4% in the number of new listings and the active listing also increased by 2%. The months of inventory now stands at 1.2 months. Not a great supply to chose from.
