Richardson TX Residential Sales Report for December
Sales were off by 9% as compared to the same time last year. There is no slow down in buyers. It’s just buyers can not find a home to purchase due to the extreme shortage of inventory. The months of inventory number is now at 0.7 months. I have never seen a number that low in Richardson! The average sales price increased 13% while the median sales price rose 14%. Pending sales were flat. The number of new listings fell 24% and the active listings declined 23%.
If you are a buyer in Richardson, it’s just not fun!
