Far North Dallas Residential Sales Report for October

Sales Were Up

Single-Family:

Sales increased by 11% in October as compared to a year ago. The average sales price rose 6% and the median sales price increased 7%. Pending sales took  a whopping jump up of 32%. The new listings number was up only 1% but the active listings climbed 10%. The months of inventory increased to 2.7 months. While we need more inventory, this increase only points out how much this area is still in a strong buyers Market.

Average Sales Price: $431,271

Median Sales Price: $387,000

Pending Sales: 98

New Listings: 112

Active Listings: 241

Months of Inventory: 2.7
