Frisco Texas Residential Sales Report for August

Sales rebounded from a down July!


After a down month in July, sales increased by 14% in august as compared to a year ago. The average sales price rose 11% as did the median sales price. Pending sales were up by 3%. The number of new listings climber by 3% while the active listings took a jump up of 28%. This increased the months of inventory to 2.5 months but this is still well short of the 6 months that is considered a balanced market.

Average Sales Price: $431,839

Median Sales Price: $375,500

Pending Sales: 367

New Listings: 420

Active Listings: 784

Months of Inventory: 2.5
