Sales were flat in Garland for June: However. pending sales jumped a sharp 25% so it looks like just some sales were delayed. August should have a very good sales number. The average sales price was up 15% while the median sales price increased 17%. Prices continue to be pushes up due to the extreme shortage of homes for sale. New listings rose by 2% while the number of active listings fell by 26%. The months of inventory bell back to 0.8 months. It’s really hard to find a home in Garland!
