Frisco TX Residential Sales Report for January

The Frisco Market was jumping in January!


Sales jumped 34% in January as compared to a year ago. The average sales price was flat and we saw a small decline of 2% in the median sales price. Just some monthly gyrations in the sales. Pending sales also took a jump of 35% so it looks like February’s sales numbers will be good. There was a very nice increase of 29% in the new listings and an 11% increase in the number of active listings. With these increases the months of inventory rose to 1.4 months. 6 months is a balances supply so we can say that it’s still very much a Seller’s Market in Frisco.

Sales: 219

Average Sales Price: $371,344

Median Sales Price: 330,000

Pending Sales: 269

New Listings: 359

Active Listings: 468

Months of Inventory: 1.4
