Sales were flat but pending sales were up. Frisco is a seller’s market.
Single-Family:
Sales were flat as compared to a year ag, however, pending sales were up by 13%. We have seen this trend in several other areas. It just looks like some sales for various reasons were just pushed into November. The average sales price showed a small decline of 2% but the median sales price was up by 3%. Just some monthly gyrations.
New listings increased by 7% and active listings by 8%. While it’s good to see some more supply come on the market, the months of inventory only moved up to 1,8 months. Still a very short supply.
