It’s fall, y’all! And it’s actually starting to feel like it. Along with the typical signs of the season – cooler mornings, mums on porches, Halloween candy displays at the store – there are signs in the real estate world, too. It may not be as busy a season as spring for selling homes, but things are still moving. And now that the Federal Reserve has given us a little boost with a .25% rate drop, hopefully they will move well into 2026. I hope you are able to take time and celebrate the joys of October including many outdoor activities around the region like our great State Fair of Texas.
