Hey everyone, Marie here from Ebby Halliday REALTORS. I hope you’re all doing well and staying safe. Today, I wanted to give you a quick market update on condos and town homes in North Dallas in Dallas, TX.

Let’s dive right into the data. Currently, we have a 6.33 Months Supply of Inventory. That’s important to know because it gives us an idea of how long it would take for all the condos and town homes current on the market to sell if no new listings were added. And over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a 62.72% increase in Months Supply of Inventory.

Another key statistic is the List to Sold Price percentage, which is currently at 95%. This tells us how much sellers are getting compared to their asking price.

The median days on market is 25, which means that on average, homes are selling pretty quickly in this area. And the median sold price is $289,000.
