Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog! I’m Marie Walton, a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday REALTORS, and today I have a market update for all you Buyers and Sellers out there in North Dallas, Texas.

Let’s dive right into the data for October 2024. Currently, we have a 4.24 Months Supply of Inventory in North Dallas. Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a slight increase of 6.27% in the Months Supply of Inventory.

When it comes to List to Sold Price percentage, we’re sitting at a solid 96.3%. This means that homes are selling pretty close to their asking price in this market.

The median days on market is 37, which indicates that homes are moving relatively quickly in North Dallas.

And finally, the median Sold Price is $1,615,000. This gives you an idea of the average price point in the area.
