Things in the Far North Dallas housing market right now, in September 2025, are definitely a bit more chill than they used to be. You know how last year it felt like homes were selling the minute they hit the market? That crazy speed has slowed down quite a bit.

Homes are hanging out for a few weeks longer now, which is a big relief for buyers because it means you don’t have to panic-bid. You actually have time to check things out and make a smart offer.
