
The condo scene in Uptown Dallas right now, in September 2025, is feeling a lot more balanced than it used to be. For a buyer looking for that perfect high-rise or urban spot, this is actually a pretty good time to jump in.
Here’s the deal: condos are taking a good bit longer to sell than they did last year. We’re talking weeks longer, which is fantastic news for you because you have time to actually think, check things out, and not feel like you have to rush into a bidding war. The rush is off, which is a huge relief.
While Uptown is always going to be a prime location, some of the wild price increases we saw before have started to level off or even soften a little bit. On average, sellers are having to accept an offer that’s slightly below their asking price, and you aren’t seeing as many people paying over the list price as they were a year ago. Basically, if you want that walkable, city lifestyle, you have more choices available and more negotiating power in your pocket. It’s a much friendlier market for the person buying a piece of that coveted Uptown life.
