While homes are still selling pretty close to their asking price, we’re seeing fewer homes sell for more than the list price. This tells us that buyers have a bit more negotiating power.
So, to sum it all up, the Waterview market is still active, but it’s not as hot as it was. Prices have come down a bit, and homes are taking a little longer to sell. It’s a great time for buyers to get into the game and for sellers to work with a great agent to price their homes right to attract the best offer.
