The real estate market in Anna, Texas, during June 2025 indicated a shift towards a buyer’s market, with the supply of homes generally outweighing demand. The median sale price for homes in Anna was approximately $362,o47, representing an 11.7% decrease compared to June of the previous year.

The number of homes sold in June 2025 was 44 , a slight decrease from the previous year. Homes in Anna spent an average of 60 days on the market, an increase in time compared to last year, suggesting that properties are taking longer to sell. There was a notable increase in the percentage of homes with price drops (58.9%), indicating sellers were adjusting expectations. Despite these shifts, Anna continues to experience significant population growth, leading to ongoing demand for housing, particularly new construction and rental properties.
