Hi everyone, I’m Marie Walton, your local REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday REALTORS. Today, I’m here to give you a market update on condos and toen homes for January 2025 in Frisco, Texas.

Let’s start with some data. Currently, there are 8.49 Months Supply of Inventory in Frisco. Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a 48.95% increase in Months Supply of Inventory. This means there are more homes available on the market compared to this time last year.

The Sold to List Price percentage is sitting at 95%. This means that on average, homes in Frisco are selling for 95% of their list price. This is an important metric to keep in mind when pricing your home or making an offer as a buyer.

The median days on market is currently 97 days. This is the amount of time it takes for a home to go from being listed to being sold. Keep in mind that this number can vary depending on the location and condition of the home.

Lastly, the median sold price in Frisco is $506,000. This is the middle point of all the home prices that have sold in the area over the last month. It’s important to consider this when setting your listing price or making an offer as a buyer.
