Let’s start with the current inventory levels. As of January 2025, there are 2.71 months supply of inventory in Lewisville. This means that if no new homes were to come on the market, it would take approximately 2.71 months to sell all the existing homes. Over the last 12 months, we have seen a slight increase in inventory levels, with Months Supply of Inventory up by 18.86%.
