Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – Far North Dallas Condos and Town Homes

 

Hi everyone, I’m Marie Walton, a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday REALTORS, here in Far North Dallas, Texas. Today, I want to give you a market update on condos and town homes for January 2025.

Let’s start with inventory. Currently, we have a 6.77 Months Supply of Inventory in Far North Dallas. Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a significant increase of 130.27% in Months Supply of Inventory. This means there are more condos and town homes available on the market compared to previous years.

The Sold to List Price percentage is currently at 95.6%. This tells us that on average, condos and town homes are selling for about 95.6% of their list price.

The median days on market is 61. This means that half of the condos and town homes on the market are selling within 61 days.

And finally, the median sold price in Far North Dallas is $248,000. This is the middle point of all the condos and town home prices sold in the area.
