Hello, and welcome to our condo and town home market update for December 2024. I’m Marie Walton, a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday REALTORS here in McKinney, Texas.

Let’s dive into the data. Currently, we have a 4.97 Months Supply of Inventory in the McKinney area. This means that if no new condos and town homes were listed, it would take approximately 4.97 months to sell all the condos and town homes currently on the market. Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a 47.04% increase in Months Supply of Inventory.

Our List to Sold Price percentage is sitting at a healthy 97.4%. This means that on average, homes are selling for 97.4% of their list price.

The median days on market is 71, showing that condos and town homes are selling relatively quickly in the McKinney area. And the median sold price is $385,000.
