The List to Sold Price percentage is currently at 96.8%. This means that on average, homes are selling for 96.8% of their list price in Dallas.
The median days on market is 54 days. This is the average number of days it takes for a home to go from being listed to being sold in Dallas.
And finally, the median sold price in Dallas is $372,500. This is the middle point of all the home prices sold in Dallas.
