Far North Dallas – Condos and Town Homes

Hi everyone, I’m Marie Walton, a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday REALTORS here in Far North Dallas. Today, I want to provide you with an update on the condo and town home market in our area.

Let’s start with the Months Supply of Inventory. Right now, we have a 6.29 Months Supply of Inventory, which is an increase of 119.93% over the last 12 months. This means that there are more condos and town homes available on the market compared to this time last year.

Moving on to the List to Sold Price percentage, we’re seeing a rate of 95.9%. This indicates that homes are selling close to their listing price, which is great news for sellers.

When it comes to the Median days on market, we’re looking at 49 days. This means that homes are selling relatively quickly in our area.

And finally, the Median Sold Price in Far North Dallas is currently $251,500. This gives you an idea of the average price you can expect to pay for a home in our market.
