Let’s start with the Months Supply of Inventory. Currently, we have 8.85 months of inventory available. Over the past 12 months, we’ve seen a significant increase of 329.61% in the Months Supply of Inventory.

The List to Sold Price percentage is holding strong at 99.7%, which is great news for both buyers and sellers in the market.

The median days on market is 22 days, which means homes are selling relatively quickly in the Farmers Branch.

And finally, the median sold price for homes in the area is $399,750.
