[ Today, I wanted to give you all a little market update for condos and townhouses inUptown Dallas. It’s always good to stay informed, whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or just curious about what’s going on in the real estate world.

So, let’s dive in. Right now, we’re looking at a 6.11 Months Supply of Inventory in Uptown Dallas. That’s actually up by 78.13% compared to this time last year. So, if you’re thinking about buying, now might be a great time to find that dream condo or town home you have been wanting!

And check this out – the List to Sold Price percentage is at 98%. That means sellers are getting pretty darn close to their asking price, which is always a good sign for a strong market.
