It’s Fall, y’all! (Though maybe it doesn’t quite feel like it yet.) Perhaps you’re even sipping a pumpkin spice latte, booking Thanksgiving travel or searching for a new door wreath on Etsy as you read this. Personally, I’m ushering in the season with some gratitude. Though it may not be as busy a season as spring for selling homes, Fall activity is picking up thanks to the recent news from the Fed and an increase in available inventory over this time last year.
