Let’s dive into the numbers. Currently, we have a 6.69 Months Supply of Inventory in Dallas County. This means that if no new homes were to come on the market, it would take 6.69 months to sell all the existing homes. Over the last 12 months, we have seen a significant increase of 110.38% in Months Supply of Inventory.

The median days on market is 41, showing that homes are selling relatively quickly in Dallas County.
