Let’s dive right in! Currently, we have a 4.49 Months Supply of Inventory in Far North Dallas. That’s a bit of an increase from the past year, with a whopping 78.88% jump in Months Supply of Inventory.

But don’t let that scare you! The List to Sold Price percentage is holding strong at 96.2%, which means sellers are still getting a great return on their investment. And with a median days on market of just 29 days, homes are moving quickly in this hot market.

And speaking of prices, the median Sold Price in Far North Dallas is currently sitting at $610,000. That’s not too shabby!
