Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – Frisco Condos and Townhomes

Hi everyone, I’m Marie Walton, a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday REALTORS, here in Frisco, Texas. Today, I wanted to give you all a market update on condos and townhomes for July 2024.

Let’s start with the Months Supply of Inventory, currently sitting at 7.56. Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a decrease of -11.99% in the Months Supply of Inventory, which is great news for sellers as it indicates a strong demand in the market.

The List to Sold Price percentage is at 98.1%, showing that homes are selling close to their asking price. This is important for both buyers and sellers to keep in mind when negotiating offers.

The Median days on market is at 42, which means that homes are selling relatively quickly in Frisco. This is a good indicator of a healthy real estate market.

And finally, the Median Sold Price in Frisco is currently at $527,500. This is a great number to keep in mind whether you’re buying or selling a condo or townhome in the area.
