As of July 2024, the real estate market in Carrollton is showing some interesting trends. Currently, we have a 2.95 Months Supply of Inventory, which is an increase of 38.5% over the last 12 months. This means that there are slightly more homes available for buyers to choose from, which could be great news for those looking to purchase a new home.

Our List to Sold Price percentage is holding strong at 98.5%, indicating that sellers are still able to get a good price for their homes in this market. Additionally, the median days on market is 24, showing that homes are selling relatively quickly in Carrollton.

The median sold price in Carrollton is currently $462,009, which is a solid number for both buyers and sellers to work with. With these statistics in mind, now is a great time to consider buying or selling a home in Carrollton.
