Right now, we have a 4.75 Months Supply of Inventory in this area. That’s a significant increase of 119.91% over the last 12 months. But don’t let that discourage you – it just means there are more options out there for you to find your dream home! 6 months is considered a balanced market so we are still in a sellers market.

The List to Sold Price percentage is currently at 97.1%, which is great news for sellers. And with a median days on market of just 31 days, homes in Far North Dallas are selling quickly!
