Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – McKinney Condos and Townhomes

Hi everyone, I’m Marie Walton, a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday REALTORS, here in McKinney, Texas. Today, I’m excited to give you a market update for June 2024.

Currently, we have a 3.87 Months Supply of Inventory in McKinney. That means if no new homes were listed, it would take just under 4 months to sell all the homes on the market. Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a slight increase of 14.84% in the Months Supply of Inventory.

The List to Sold Price percentage is an impressive 98.8% in McKinney. This means that, on average, condos and townhomes are selling for almost the full asking price.

: The median days on market in McKinney is just 25 days. This shows that homes are selling quickly in our area, so if you’re thinking of selling, now might be a great time to list your condo or townhome.
