Let’s dive right in, shall we? Currently, we have a 5.27 Months Supply of Inventory in Plano. That means we have enough homes on the market to last just over 5 months at the current pace of sales. And guess what? Over the last 12 months, our Months Supply of Inventory has increased by a whopping 76.85%!

But don’t let that discourage you, folks. Our List to Sold Price percentage is still holding strong at 97%. That means sellers are getting nearly their asking price, which is great news for those looking to sell their homes in this market.

Now, let’s talk about the median days on market, which is currently 56 days. That’s just under two months, which is pretty standard for our area. And the median sold price? It’s sitting at a comfortable $464,076.

So, what does all this mean for you? Well, buyers, you might have a bit more inventory to choose from, but sellers, don’t worry – homes are still selling at a high percentage of their list price.
