Currently, we are seeing a Months Supply of Inventory standing at 4.94, indicating a balanced market for buyers and sellers. Over the last 12 months, we have seen a 36.09% increase in Months Supply of Inventory, which is something both buyers and sellers should keep an eye on.
The List to Sold Price percentage is at a strong 97.5%, showing that properties are selling close to their listing price. This is great news for sellers looking to maximize their return on investment.
The median days on market is currently at 34 days, indicating that homes are selling relatively quickly in the North Dallas area. This is good news for both buyers and sellers, as it shows a healthy level of demand in the market.
