Let’s jump right in to the numbers. Currently, we have a 6.47 Months Supply of Inventory in Dallas. This means that at the current rate of sales, it would take approximately 6.47 months to sell all the homes on the market.
Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a significant increase in Months Supply of Inventory, with a whopping 141.42% rise. This can indicate a shift in the market, so it’s important for both buyers and sellers to stay informed.
The List to Sold Price percentage is currently at 97.2% in Dallas. This tells us that, on average, homes are selling for 97.2% of their listing price. This is a strong indicator of a competitive market.
The median days on market is 41, showing that homes are selling relatively quickly in Dallas. If you’re a seller, this is great news as it means your home may not sit on the market for long.
And finally, the median Sold Price in Dallas is $275,000. This gives buyers and sellers a good idea of the current market value of homes in the area.
